Over all the rank changes that have occurred over the last few months, perhaps one thing that many overlooked or didn't pay much attention to was the Master-Apprentice system. That's understandable, since we didn't have many members in the ranks able to master and apprentice.

This weekend, @Frost has decided to take on @527thBattalion as his apprentice!

What this means is, he will be giving him 1 on 1 teaching sessions regarding combat, movement, and the game in general, as well as coaching him along as a member of the clan. Much like the Master-Apprentice relationships we see in the Star Wars films and media, these relationships are aimed to help both the master and apprentice grow in both teaching and learning.

Once the apprentice completes his trial for a Jedi Knight role (Assassin or Shadow), they will no longer be an apprentice, and could even opt for getting their own apprentice to teach.

So, good luck to Frost and Five, you both have already been through a number of training sessions, but it's good to have it official now.

If anyone else desires to have a master to teach them things on a more personal level, let me know and we'll see what can be done.

Finally get to see something more official about teacher/student. That said, Frost, I thought you were working with Phantom? I hope more of us get the chance to work one on one with a stable teacher. I've had some help, but 2 of the people who said they would teach me either quit or barely play. Congrats on this team up guys! I think it will go well.

Sentinels and above are able to teach anyone, it's not limited to the master-apprentice system. Some people prefer an occasional tip or two rather than personal 1 on 1s.

Also keep in mind we won't always have enough Knights to take on everyone that may request one. This doesn't mean you won't get taught but maybe not as dedicated time to.

All eligible members are able to have no more than 2 apprentices at a time.

I will write a more in depth post tomorrow regarding the system, so you can see if you're a good fit for it and what to expect from both parties.
