Edit to add another suggestion:
Ctf and Duel maps as FFA with the vote system, this is easily achievable, with a simple .arena path. People will be able to vote for those maps by the /callvote command without needing to download anything.
Alternatively, people can just place this patch at their base to see those maps at the Vote menu.
